Location could improve for midday walks!!! Early checkout at 2 PM despite prior notice felt inflexible!!! Cleanliness of common areas not up to par!!! Price seemed inflated for the overall experience!!!

i almost gave a good review, but the rude reception staff ruined it all. i expected better treatment, but nope, just a dismissive attitude. not to mention, the stanky hallways on the first day? at least the room had basic necessities, but really, is that all you can do for guests? total letdown.

During my stay at Artal Taiba Hotel, I found the staff remarkably welcoming, particularly Abeer and Dana, who made me feel right at home. The shuttle service to Masjid Nabawi was very efficient, which eased my daily visits to the mosque.

I had a lovely stay with my family for 4 nights in a Quadruple Room. The shuttle service to Haram was super helpful, ensuring easy access during prayer times. Also, the room was spacious and clean, with amenities such as a TV with streaming options and a nice kitchen setup. I wish there were a few more dining options available at breakfast, as I felt some items ran low during busy times.

During my stay, I loved the spacious Quadruple Room, which easily accommodated my family. The shuttle service provided timely rides to the mosque, ensuring we never missed prayers.
